KOL application steps

Once you have registered, you can apply for live brand campaigns that match your audience and content style.

Joining Malaysia’s talent platform begins with creating a creator profile that reflects your work as a KOL, YouTuber, TikToker, Instagrammer, influencer, or blogger. This registration step helps present your content style, language, location, and audience in one place, so brands searching for the right talent can better understand your strengths before reaching out.

After registering, creators can explore open brand campaigns and apply for briefs that suit their channel and audience. Each application can include relevant details about your content type, campaign experience, and creative approach, giving brands a clearer picture of how you could contribute to social media promotion, video content, livestreaming, writing, or other campaign activities.

Brands review the applications they receive and shortlist the creators they want to work with. This selection stage makes it easier to match campaigns with talent whose content style, language, and audience fit the brief, whether the project involves reviews, product features, unboxing videos, photo posts, or live experiences for categories such as beauty, food, fashion, electronics, or wellness.

Once shortlisted, the campaign journey moves from content production to agreed brand deliverables. Creators then publish and promote the agreed content across their channels, completing the full experience of the campaign. The platform supports a structured path from registration and application through shortlisting, production, publication, and promotion within Malaysia’s wider creator community.
